Just watched this week's new episode of Condor (episode 4).

Now that both Westworld and The Expanse have finished their broadcast run for the season, Condor is very easily the best new serial on Cable.

Every week they reveal a bit more back story and narrative on the characters and then end each episode with a revelation and a cliffhanger, making you want to know more and unfortunately, you will have to wait until next week.

6 more episodes left. I hope they can keep this suspense up until the end.

Reverie. A show about a human behaviour expert who is hired by an old friend to rescue people trapped in a virtual reality program his company build. We'll see how it progresses. The first episode was okay and it's an interesting plot.

MMMMMMM reminds me of this, a show that was way ahead of it's time and it was killed by FOX network (WHO ELSE? ONLY FOX!! ) after only 13 episodes.

https://www.imdb.com/title/tt0112209/

Even The Matrix copied some of it.

Didn't know anything about this show until I looked it up on Wiki. The original movie was excellent, so is this also set in the 70s and does it follows on - without giving too much away!

I looked it up on imdb which describes the series as follows:

"A young CIA analyst Joe Turner, whose idealism is tested when he joins the CIA hoping to reform it from within but stumbles onto a terrible but brilliant plan that threatens the lives of millions."

I guess it's supposed to be a comedy?

Rewatching the original Star Trek series. Still entertaining to me.

Just finished watching season 9 of NCIS Los Angeles a couple days ago. Starting today season 1 of Westworld, as I saw some of you guys posting very good comments about it, I say, "Why not?"

Second episode in and I've changed my mind. It's still an interesting concept, but the show doesn't do anything with it. Apart from being implausible...like the company letting people access a technology the company doesn't fully understand and not immediately shutting it down when those people go into a coma (can you spell multi-million dollar law suit), it's syrupy sweet and all tied up in neat bow before the final credits.

Season 2 of Luke Cage

On episode 6 right now and so far it is excellent, many characters from the original comic have been re-imagined but it works excellently

Bushmaster is a great choice as the villain, Misty Knight and Colleen Wing (The Daughters of The Dragon), Comanche, Cockroach, Piranha Jones, DW Griffith, and Nurse Claire Temple and Foggy Nelson gets a look in, the series is loaded with lots of references to the comics and even the line Call me Mr Fish from episode 4 comic book fans would recall from Power Man #29

The standout character is the excellent Theo Rossi as Shades

Having read up a bit I see Danny Rand (Iron Fist) appears in later episodes
