I see what you mean, but I didn't know they were an addition to later prints.

In no 85 and 88 they call it CC album with text describing the pics as something the readers have sent in.

in 79 it contains film ads on the backside of the cartooncover and the mag is only 36 pages long.

Whenever they started or stopped having those text-stories, the cavalcade pics might have been page-fillers to get up to the correct number of pages. And maybe also replacing ads that might have been there in the first issue.
To me they look like they are from other sources than CC, but I might be very wrong. Some sort of early Readers Album?

I'm sorry, but I can't help you on this one, hopefully someone else know more.

Default Color-Climax Cavalcade

Color-Climax Cavalcade was some kind of "predecessor" of Color Climax Album and component of Color Climax magazines in the range CC 41 to 82. However, at the time (1971 to 1975) there were different versions published (several were reprints), some counting 56 pages, others 36 pages only. And from some of these versions Color-Climax Cavalcade is missing.

Here's two examples of what we are talking about:

Thank you... but if you left out the cavalcade pages, you would have the original issue, wouldn't you?
Or was there more that was changed ?

Well, some of the prints that didn't have a Cavalcade didn't have a text-story either. Hence the difference in number of pages (56 versus 36) for instance.
A lot of the early CC mags had ads as a part of the magazine so if you really want the first issue version there are a lot of things that needs to be in place.
First issue might have some ads that was different in later reprints.
But for the most the picture-stories where the same.
alternative shots from the sessions ended up in other magazines that CC made, like Sexorama.

If you read the text in this picture (it's from this thread by the way) you see that they made magazines out of already printed material, but they wasn't always exactly the same pictures as in the original story. Same goes for the material that was published on the CC-website (ceased to update by now). Most stories had other pictures from the stories.

I've posted a lot of Mini Specials in this thread. These contains variation pictures from stories in other prints. (Not all are CC, it seems that they started to print pictures from Topsy also, which Rodox/CC aquired at one point.)

Ok, I'm rambling on, my point is that this is how they worked. They made shoots and used 'overflow' pics in other publications
Just think how they made money out of re-using stuff, that is low cost production for sure.
But when it comes to reprints of the main magazines the stories were mostly the same.

So, if you want the correct first issue, you need to find the one with the correct ads on the backside of the cartoon-cover and all sort of stuff. The reprints had variations on all this stuff.

But then again, I'm not really an expert on the magazine bit (yet), but my collection are growing and I've started to study the earlier issues for whatever they can tell me about everything CC-history.

Hope I didn't offend you with tons of stuff you might already knew.

Default Lesser known ebonies

Here's the box covers for the film Black Masturbation (Exciting 946)dated 1977, featuring Blenda and Monica. See post 147 in this thread for the corresponding photoset from Ceecee 65 and more on these lesser known but hot ebony Ceecee girls, who I'd be happy to start threads on if we can get a little more material for them.

Default Another loop with Blenda

I've found another loop with Blenda (aka Sherry), one of the ebonies I referred to in posts 147 and 159 of this thread. It's not a cc film, the studio/distributer is Kingsize Films, title is "Black Seduction" so not to be confused with the cc film of the same name she also appears in. Here Blenda's working with a white girl and white man. Thanks to Denaniel for this film http://vintage-erotica-forum.com/sho...24#post2426524. Here's a few screencaps showing her face quite clearly, the picture quality is pretty good, no sound.

That's just a complete different magazine. Title font and cover pics are not even from CC.
