Quantum Leap finale

Great finale, the twist at the end was a bit obvious. I hope it gets renewed.

I think the entire original series was very consistently good to great. Haven't watched City Primeval which I have heard went woke (Raylan dating a really old black woman who called him racist in public, wtf - He dated nothing but blonde bombshells in the original series) and was poor overall.

Saw "Masters of the Air" episode 6 - very interesting, got to see something I was hoping they would show. I am wondering what the Subaltern does, guessing something to do with Engima.

I guess next episode will continue with some focus on the people still in Germany - and the Red Tails - escort missions? Can't really see Italy based planes escorting England based bombers - so POW camp members? Kinda like "Hart's War" - ?

*I noticed the Red Tail P-51 in the intro has air-to-ground rockets on it - so apparently on a ground attack mission. German AA - 20mm and 37mm multiple barreled guns were top of the line, so I am expecting pilots of the Red Tails to be shot down in this film sequence as the reason why they are in POW camps. Red Tails were known to be requested as escort by bomber crews based in Italy, as they stayed close to the bombers instead of being lured away by the first German fighters they saw - so this makes sense to me. Wouldn't bet anything on it though.....

Masters of the Air was mediocre again. As a Brit it's quite annoying that all the British characters are very, very British. Either English toffs or poors. The portrayal of the German civilians wasn't any better.

They are trying to cram too much in, and don't leave room to make us actually care about any of it.

Avatar: The Last Airbender. The first episode set the story up. Helpful since I've never seen the animation and I knew nothing about it. Special FX are good, but you'd expect that these days and given that the cast are mostly kids, the acting is credible.
E01 reminded me a lot of the temple scenes in Kung Fu. Overall it's not bad.
