I;ve seen a few pics around on VEF showing the 'Hawaiian Tropic' girls, who I'm sure are well known to anyone who's been to the Le Mans 24 hour race in France over the last 20-25 years:

A few more found online- the brown bikinis in the last couple of pics are the classic 'retro' HT Girl outfit I remember from the 80's/early 90's. Think I've got some original 80's stuff showing these that might be worth scanning

A couple more shots of 'classic' 80's Hawaiian Tropic girls- the third pic is a bit of a cheat, as they're present-day girls wearing the 'retro' brown bikini as seen in the 80's pics

Also a couple of Penthouse girls from a British car race in the early 80's- As I remember, 'Penthouse', occasionally 'Playboy', and in the UK, 'Mayfair' magazines were all pretty well-known sponsors in racing back then
