Either dove or dived is acceptable as the past tense of dive. Usage preferences show regional distribution, although both forms are heard throughout the United State.

Spent ages waiting on the line yesterday then tried their supposed website.
For the last couple hours I've farted about doing the same to no sodding successful result.
Other than before I was cheery and now want to commit mass genocides and stuff like that.

Claims in the letter this is something they do on a yearly basis.

Shall I write them a letter stating if they don't contact me within a fortnight letting me know if they want their exorbitant Council tax paid month on month I`ll stop doing that.
Then include a number that`s never answered plus a piss poor excuse for a website that doesn't function and looks like it was built via an etch a sketch.
