What I am unable to not notice any more is how sickly out of shape I am. I rode my bicycle one hour to a shopping mall, had lunch, bought a book and rode back home, utterly exhausted, barely able to stand and with shaking hands. Getting old utterly sucks.

AN hour !!! It'd take me a week to do all that frenetic activity and I'd probably need a heart and lung transplant afterwards.
