That is the thing Leadership in these organizations are exploiting the beliefs of these people. The bomb maker on up are still running around somewhere. They are basically hiring out sacrificial lambs, looking desparate while actually being removed from the action. They need to get the bomb makers they seem to be the key in all this.

I fear their home countries don't like to see them back too.

They are all meanwhile known, the mosques they are predicting are already known. Why doesn't those predictors are being forced, to predict in the country language of the host country? (relatively easy with English, but not so easy with Flemish, German or French for example).

If I understand correctly what you posted Cicc it is because the UK and the USA among other nations have freedoms that can not be infringed with out valid evidence. I HATE the damn jihadists with all my heart but it is only going to cause non-jihadists to turn to the terrorists if stringent measures are taken with blanket edicts and oppression of all of a sect.

Manchester has been used to atrocities since the IRA in the 90's with Warrington and the shopping centre being bombed but this latest one - a suicide bombing in the name of a peaceful religion - is a new low - to target mostly young and teenage girls & boys and families enjoying a concert by Ariana Grande(whom I had never heard of) is disgusting.

It is good that the Police acted so quickly and it goes without saying the Emergency services, who train for things such as this, responded so diligently. I also have to say it was so good of ordinary Mancunians to offer help - this is known in London as the Spirit of the Blitz(when the Germans bombed London and Londoners all pulled together to help each other) - taxi drivers offering free lifts home to families and other people offering help in their own way. It proves that this country will NEVER bow to terrorism. Inevitably it is being compared to the terrible bombing in Paris (the Bat-a-clan nightclub) but the Manchester MEN is a much bigger venue and more people could have been killed had the bomber got into the main arena-that doesn't bear thinking about.
