I agree with justme21's comments.

Also with slowdiver that I've never had any particular problems with P&H. Very convenient for quick posts and replies.

It has since come to light there is a lot of child p*rn hosted on P&H, registered users are openly linking to their galleries and trading passwords on their forum, and the management there seems to be ignoring it. We have zero tolerance here to this form of depravity so it will probably be banned shortly. For now I can only suggest everyone discontinue using it here and seek alternatives.

There is really very little extra effort required to use other hosts. I use Imagebam routinely and don't have an account. It is only necessary to register if you want to keep track of your galleries but I keep all my files on an external hard drive and only use the file hosts for uploading material here.

Thank you for your honesty Pepper.

It would to be difficult for some members as they have spent a lot of time uploading to PH, but the sooner the forum is rid of it the better. In my humble opinion

Also as respected moderators and posters...what would you recommend as a New image host home. 2000+ photos need a new home!!

Don't be too hasty. This is all still being looked into by our Admins who are in contact with the site owner's tech people. I would recommend not uploading anything new to P&H but I'd leave already posted material as-is at least for now.

I'm in Australia and every time I click on a P and H Pic it comes up with a "sight blocked" message apparently due to child pornography....I reckon the sooner it's got rid of the better.

It's time to have a reality check.

There is a LOT of my content on P&H.
There is a LOT of other great content on P&H on this board.
Banning P&H is NOT the answer as much of that content will never be reloaded.
Content lasts a very long time on P&H; maybe longer than on Imagebam.

The admins of P&H are aware that their service has been used by child-porn posters and have a warning posted.

In time the underage content will be purged and P&H will recapture their reputation in provincial places like Australia.

Until then
You see some content that you want that is posted on P&H?
You can't get it for FREE?
Go buy it.
or
Go to some other forum with the knowledge that model X has a set from Studio X and search for the content on some other host that is allowed in your area.

DO NOT CRY TO THE VEF ADMINS TO BANN Pimp & Host

Even something like this would be better than not having the option to upload pictures while here on the board.
