Death Magnetic was very enjoyable and hardwired I enjoyed too.
So just a matter of different tastes and opinions.

I somewhat agree, I don't like or not like them, I think it was more that for their time they were different and that stuck. I do find a lot of it boring with a few stand out great songs, but that's it. I reckon the songs The Stones produced in the same time frame the Beatles were together have stood the test of time better.

( UK ) Adultwork - feedback in General
This can be manipulated , or falsified by touts - and also due to the fact you can get a negative feedback in retaliation and a nasty reply to a negative you left for a member of Adultwork ( so people tend not to leave genuine feedback ) so you are less certain the member is genuine - or trustworthy |

I think your missing the point about Heath Ledger - its the Academy that chose to raise his status The academy of EGOs many of whom think they are gods Seen enough absurd Oscars given to say it isnt about the performance Awards shows in general are like the google search engine - who ever pays / hosts lavish parties the most gets to be on top of the world Quite pathetic really but thats Hollyweird |

Fair enough
If we're talking truly over rated TV & Film stars who have the luxury of multiple retakes and the editing suite versus acting live on stage where your all on your own night after night |
