A man may dispose of his private property as he wishes. Do you discriminate against any people ,say junkies or people that don't wash, as far as who you let in your home? Some mental illnesses make people prone to violence, should we discriminate against them?
"No shirt, no shoes, no service." is discrimination, too.
Again, a man may disposer of his private property as he wishes, and if he doesn't want to serve some people, forcing him to is just that, coercion. There are all kinds of reasons to justify pointing guns at folk who are just minding their own business, and they're all bunk excuses for pointing guns at folk who are simply minding their own business.

Depending on where you are in the US (this might be true in Texas) this is wrong depending on what your usage of the property was (or is). Therein lies the difference between "minding your own business" and not doing so.
Refusing to serve someone is not a danger to anyone.
People do not have the right to coerce service of any kind from anyone else.
Keep in mights that rights are inherent, thus the phrase "natural rights", they are not granted by governments, in fact, they are regularly violated by governments.

I've got a nice little business renting rooms to students .
I ruthlessly discriminate all the time - why the f*ck shouldn't I, it's my property.

The only people who get my rooms are slim, attractive, European, heterosexual females, preferably girls who can cook and whose jealous boyfriends [ if they have one] are safely out of the way in Europe doing National Service .

It's tough being a landlord but someone has to do it.
