The neighborhood of Hyde Park in Chicago is just a few miles from where I live in South Shore. It has a bunch of pizza restaurants. The best one is called Pizza Capri. They serve Italian cuisine plus they make some of the best pizza I have ever tasted, but it is expensive. Also in Hyde Park is Giordanos, Pizza Hut(crap). This restaurant called The Medici which is mostly used by the students at The University of Chicago. Among many dishes they make they also make a pretty good pizza. There is also Leonas, Dominoes, Papa Johns, and an independent pizza parlor called Cholies. There are hundreds of places in Chicago that serve pizza, but I eat it so rarely that I prefer to just go to Hyde Park.

In Chicago - Gulliver's or Lou Malnati's for deep dish and Martino's for thin crust - cut Chicago-style of course.
