So, after 22 pages, did we find out if the holocaust really happened or not? |

The victims certainly weren't "evacuated".

Should it be illegal to deny the Holocaust? It is in some countries.
I reckon in a free country you should be able to believe or disbelieve any damn thing you like - Moon Landings, Loch Ness Monster, God, the Holocaust, Paul Is Dead.... |

You are allowed to believe anything you want in these countries, it's the openly propagating part that isn't. It's a small difference yet also a big one. Edit: "Holocaust denial is explicitly or implicitly illegal in 16 countries: Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, France, Germany, Hungary, Israel, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, and Switzerland." And apparantly also: Australia, Bosnia herzegovina, Spain, Canada, new Zealand and (a bit surprising) South Africa |

I learned to recognise numbers from the concentration camp tattoo on my uncle's forearm. Undeniably true.

The evidence is clearly there in documents, recollections of victims and perpetrators and video evidence.
For sheer barbarity World War Two took it to another level. There were also the camps created by the Japanese and the infamous Unit 731. The concentration camps in the Balkans such as Jasenovac and the extermination of the Serbs and Jews by the Ustase and Handschar. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TR9UxwO7QlQ And elsewhere as in Ukraine people like Stepan Bandera who is lionized over there by some as a patriot who also joined in wiping out the local Jews and also Poles as in the little known Volhynia Massacres. It is a real pity that in some countries some of the population are still unwilling to admit what happened because ultimately I believe they are deeply ashamed of what did happen. It is more unfortunate still that others as in Turkey for example are wanting to whitewash history and pretend something like the Armenian genocide did not happen. This despite the eyewitness reports of survivors, perpetrators, nuns and other organizations that tried to intervene and international diplomats. |

Ironic considering how many Jews the French deported to be executed. But nobody talks about their role in aiding Germany. France and Germany will always be partners in crime. Just look at how they both rule the EU. In the end Germany won WW2. Look at how Britain is treated by the Europe they helped free. Never again. Except when it does happen again.
