Can't stand them myself. I think women have them done not just for the size of them but also for the firmness. Natural breasts need supporting with a bra but 'fakes' seem to be able to stand up on their own. They look like bug-eyed footballs stuck to the chest in my opinion.

I totally agree and this gif highlights my issue perfectly. The breasts don't move a millimetre after the bra comes down.

only terrible. The poor girls don't know what they are doing. Every few years it must be done new. After third time nothing is working more. Left is only only horrible...uglyness.

Every girl should look to Chloe Jones and lots of others..There was a french actress. Huge boobs. Died early. Everything was ruined. Forget name. Sorry

What about a woman whose breasts have substantially deflated after nursing infants? Years ago I dated a gal who had lovely full d-cups. I bumped into her not long ago and she mentioned that she had two children, 8 & 10. She was wearing a somewhat form fitting blouse and her big beauties were GONE. She was down to a b-cup max (and perhaps less; I suspect the bra had some padding)

I generally prefer all natural, but if the surgery is well done and the implant size is proportional to the hips and shoulder width, they can be acceptable.

I know this thread is about women who are trying to enhance their sexuality with a size increase. However, I would like to add a word or two about women who need implants for medical reasons. I've seen the comments about women who need a reduction due to size and back issues, and I'm all for this type of surgery. My wife had a single mastectomy due to cancer and lost her right breast. The surgeon did a great job constructing a new one for her with an implant. OK, it didn't feel like the natural lefty, but it did wonders for her self esteem. I'll add that the tattoo artist did a great job giving her a new nipple.

No. I didn't start it for a sexuality reason, just, implants in general. That would also include buttocks implants as well tho, I don't personally know anyone who has had them.

mrfixit: I understand your POV after going back in the thread to read the comments about the many reasons women have implants. There were a number of positive comments, including yours, about women in the same situations that I mentioned. I certainly appreciate them. I have never met anyone with buttocks implants either!

Yes, and that tattoo artist should be celebrated, too. Well done!

People want and need to feel good about themselves, and I will and never would criticize a woman wanting an implant (and tattoo) after a mastectomy, and applaud the doctors and tattoo artists who help them feel good about themselves again.

A couple days ago I was listening to a guy going on and on about how great his wife's new breasts look. Personally, I think they looked like two basketballs in a bra and would imagine they would feel about the same. I started this thread in 2009 and even now in my small town I'm seeing far too many women getting implants. I still can not see why woman would mutilate their bodies in such a way.
