This disc is called: Kinloch's Fantasy. It is an anthology of Scottish instrumental works from the Baroque and Renaissance periods.

Moody Blues - Have You Heard (part 1)

Just been watching the latest Agents of SHIELD episode and this was played, a beautiful classic song from one of our best bands.

Default Triple Martini - 15.

Madonna, "Beautiful Stranger", 1999.
Judy Carne, "Sock It To Me, (Vinyl, Single 7"), 1968.
Franco Campanino, "Avere vent'anni original soundtrack", 1978.

Simply Le Cool...
Here the party is on !

Coz it's a fabulous song & clip and I love Mike Myers :
"The Spy Who Shagged Me" should be studied at school.

I recently discovered British TV actress Judy Carne
(not so easy for a damn bloody communist frenchy frog)
and she's great (for ever -RIP).

Franco Campanino
is one of the Italian geniuses
who composed so many unknown, underrated and weird soundtracks
for all these nudies or comedies flicks from the 70's to the 90's.
I highly recommend this hot Euro bossa
plus the clip extracted from the movie with
Lilli Carati and Gloria Guida dancing on it : so joyful !!!!!
That's exactly why I dont understand the Brexit

Madonna -Beautiful Stranger
Judy Carne -Sock It To Me
Franco Campanino -Casa Di Moda

(Have to just say that many of these are not really Baroque or Renaissance tunes - they are more correctly Scottish traditional folk tunes played in a Baroque style. Many were either written or popularised by a fiddler called Gow.)

Anyway, I was saddened to hear at a Fairport Convention gig that former member, the master Fender bender Gerry Donahue, had suffered a stroke and it is not known whether he will play again. So here is a reminder of his genius "The Claw" from the Cropredy festival 1982.
