Used to be a keen sea angler, mostly from the beach or rocks. Why I let that slip I don't know

very peaceful. From the beaches in northwest Antrim on a clear winters night you could see the headlights of cars over in Scotland!

If it's sadness, I just revel in it.It might sound strange, or even a bit girly, but being sad once in a while is good for the soul.It eventually burns it's self out (for me anyway.I'm one of those happy-go- lucky types)

If it's rage, or anything like that, well, I have a heavy bag, a speed bag, and about 6 guys I can spar with, who when things get heated, just go with it.After, there's usually a " Are you OK"? But I take it more often than I give it, so everyone is cool when it's their turn.

I shall endeavour to take a picture of what makes me happy and post it here .

Well once my Tesco order arrives tonight

In the meantime i shall console myself with good old fashioned hard work.

By going outside and constructing a wheel from scratch.

Because you can`t get more old fashioned than that

Actually what i do is probably very self evident and has been since i first joined .

I make quips , jokes , and piss poor comments for my own spirit raising amusement

I can`t help it, it`s just my way

Just be rest assured i ain`t one of those phonies laughing on the outside only

Nope i`m cackingly like a madman on crack even more on the inside

Usually by picking up the guitar and playing something that is supposed to sound musical!
Actually, it is quite a good mood indicator in the mornings. If I start to play Rumba or Alegrias, (which are joyful and lively), then I am obviously in a good mood. If on the other hand I start playing Seguiriyas ( usually to do with death and adversity), then something is amiss somewhere!
Failing a good bash on the guitar, I usually find that murder helps!
