Tank 'Rampages'
I tried looking through the thread using various keywords, but couldn't find anything on the subject. In today's San Diego Union-Tribune, there was a photostatic copy of any article from the paper back on May 18th, 1995. At the bottom is a link to that:
TANK RAMPAGE HERE That National Guard Armory is only 3 miles from my house, where I've lived since 1984, so I certainly remember the occasion. If you search 'San Diego tank rampage' you can find lots of video and still images. The article mentions another such 'rampage', in Mannheim: Body of GI and Tank Recovered Does anybody remember that second instance, and can they think of any other? |

Well, last tuesday there was a joyride in Richmond, Virginia.
No tank though, but an APC. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8uSkLiFXx38 |

Interesting myth busting video. I would think this would have been already posted but I didn't notice it. From Tank Fest 2015. |
