Thanks to Clem, Denaniel and Mr Wonderful, we are now able to identify this mystery '80s hottie as Carrie Evans. This is one holy grail checked off the list, after more than 12 years of collecting and looking for a name.

Carrie also appeared in the movie Real Estate and it is from there that some stills of her were understandably misidentified as being of K.C. Valentine. Once again, thanks to Clem and Denaniel for clearing up the confusion in the Collection Film thread quoted above.
The wrong ID is quite understandable because the section of the mag from which it was apparently scanned IDs them all as K.C. Even the handwriting on the Linda Shaw pic makes the same mistake:
