The true irony in all of this - what your describing started in the vintage era when story based porn saturated the market like never before so they came up with Gonzo

I don't think the actual problem is the gonzo like movies, disregarding whatever they say the category is. The actual problem is not the budget either, it's the lack of imagination to identify and shoot erotica. They could use the same story, actors and scenario and even the same time they shoot and change the way things look. There is nobody out there with enough neurons to even know what is erotic and arrousing. They are poor and lacking of talent at all. I reapeat, check Tinto Brass movies, he knew about it.

I have to absolutelly disagree. It is not about the money or the production, it is about directing. Brazzers and Reality Kings, to name just two iconic, have great productions, awesome quality but in the end they offer just about the same. Women who jump into dicks in unrealistic scenes. The filiming is apalling too, many times I see the girls seducing the cammera and the cammera guy is so into what he things he wants to show he misses when the girl leans to show the vulba and the idiot is filming the ankle.
