The magazine has pics from two different photo shoots. The ones where Zara is in white lingerie, stockings and shoes, on a bed with a blue comforter, are from the same photoshoot which I posted in post #150 in this thread, though none of the pics here are duplicated in post #150, which combined shots from two different magazine spreads.

The ones where she's in black gear on a pink comforter are new to me. The proprietor of the legs on the magazine cover (first pic) is not identified, but the shoes shown match those Zara is wearing in the white lingerie pics, so I'm assuming the gams are Zara's.

There are other women in the magazine, but Zara is the only one who's identified, and I don't recognize the others.

Here's a few pics of Zara with Rocco Siffredi:

This wasn't a spread for Zara, and neither she nor her colleague were identified. Some skin magazines print stories of sexual encounters --some of them supposedly true, or even allegedly sent in by a reader or readers, and others tagged as fiction. The stories are run with photos which may bear a vague resemblance to the goings-on in the stories. Most of the time, I don't recognize the ladies in the photos, but sometimes I do, and I recognized Zara in this set accompanying a supposedly true story. The pics in the magazine were small, but I think the scans, though a bit fuzzy, still show up nicely. There were a couple which I thought about flipping to make them consistent with the others, but I left them as is.

There's probably one or more spreads in other magazines with more pics from this photo shoot, but I didn't see any such elsewhere in the thread.

There's no mystery here, this is just a softcore version of a k0L0r kLiMaX photoshoot with Rocco. The set number is 70a. I can't recall the magazine offhand, but I seem to remember a cover shot from that set.
