Thank you both. I think of the two, Cameron Cain fits more with how I remember her facial features looking in the rest of the set (which I no longer have unfortunately). At least I now have a starting point for my search!

If anyone else has a clearer idea, let me know.

Found some images from the photo-set . . .

Hopefully they will help to confirm an ID.

Also found some thumbnail images at a site that links to hustler; each of them are named "cameron"
