I was surprised to find how typically unforgiving IMDb reviews on the TV show Animal Kingdom were giddy with praise, while conducting research for my last VEF post. (In case you're unfamiliar, the show is based on a 2010 Australian film with the same name that received a lot of attention, where a matriarch played by Ellen Barkin, who does a splendid job as a modern-day sort-of "Ma Barker," is in charge of her four boys who, in the words of this review, "turn out to surf, steal, speed and screw with wild abandon, content with a hedonistic, hard-party lifestyle that Smurf (Barkin) is happy enough to enable – so long as she can round them up for smartly coordinated bank heists now and again.") The show must have become popular (my out-of-the-loop self has never heard of it), since it lasted for six seasons from 2016-2022. I wanted to give the proceedings a try, to see if the hoopla was called for. (Show is good, but not yet sure if great.)



I have also never heard of Anna Belknap, although the fact that she has a VEF thread indicates some gravitas; she's pretty, obviously, and I see from her IMDb page that she has been around since 1996 (her last credit was from 2022 so far, the year she turned fifty). What appears to have put her on the map was a long run in CSI: NY, where she appeared in 172 episodes from 2005-2013, and she also lent voice to her detective character for a 2008 video game based on the program. Looks like Ms. Belknap may not have ever shown her inner surface assets. So what am I doing here?


CSI: NY

In Animal Kingdom's pilot episode was a brief but mouth-watering scene, where one of the bad boy antiheroes is shown awakening from a ménage à trois setting, and to make this male fantasy even more irresistible, there was that perfect balance of brunette and blonde. The episode's IMDb page credited Ms. Belknap, and the blonde appears to be an attractive actress named Analeis Anderson, who has apparently never been paid attention to on VEF. (Screen-related show business has not given Analeis the biggest breaks).



Having watched the episode, I didn't notice another blonde-brunette pair (or appearing individually), so I presume the naked women from the scene (naked insofar as hiding their goodies, of course; where are the seventies when you need 'em?) were the two, and both were "uncredited," although somehow had character names (even though the two ladies from the threesome scene were never addressed). The camera did not show the brunette's face clearly, and my inferior print further fudged the details. Especially since Anne has no post on this modest thread displaying any skin, I thought I'd do my VEF duty and provide this addition.



On the other hand, the odds are the brunette and possibly the blonde were played by other performers, since Anne was not going to appear "uncredited" in a role that required no acting while suddenly being bare (and when she seemed never to be bare earlier) especially after all of her clout from being an established actress, and after the age of forty. Yet for those who give credence to IMDb listings, these photos represent the way in which she is said to have appeared (unless she appeared elsewhere in the episode, which seems unlikely).


FINALLY! The scene ended with real nudity...

Even though I came to be fairly certain these "nude" views are not of the actress this thread is dedicated to, I wanted to put up the photos anyway... maybe because I wanted to be the man in the middle of these two young and naked ladies. (I'd say there's an excellent chance you'd be sharing the same sentiment. That is, you, too, would be wishing I... I mean, you... would be in the middle as well.)



Let me try to justify this post (in case the woman from the threesome scene is someone else) by offering Ms. Belknap (for whom pictorial reference appears to be slim throughout the web, except for posed shots; I nabbed the CSI: NY images above from a YouTube video, of which there aren't many for the actress either) in photos that are definitely her, and as sexy as she perhaps ever allowed for herself to get on the screen.

The following photos are from an episode of CSI: NY, and I guess the actor is Carmine Giovinazzo, who appears to work beside her with both dressed in lab coats. (Yep, never saw an episode of CSI: NY. A quick look claimed they were dating since Season 3.)













While looking around, I ran into more than one opinion likening Anna Belknap to Kelly Clarkson. I didn't see much of a resemblance, given how the singer looked heavyset (that's the way she looks from what must be recent photos), but probably the reference is to how the singer appeared when she was crowned the first winner on the American Idol season 1 finale show, Sept. 4, 2002; in case you wanted to see if the comparison was justified:
