There was a warehouse a few km from my childhood home where old porno mags used to go to die. I guess these were stale ones recalled from variety stores etc. when the new issues had come out. They would take the covers off so they could not be resold, then chuck them in an unmarked, unlocked bin out the back. It was pornucopia!!!

Eventually the site got so popular with the local horny teenagers that they started locking the bins and paying a security guard to shout at us. Great while it lasted.

The porn fairy would leave all sorts of stuff in the woods near my village. We'd collect it in our den. Readers wives seemed a favourite, the occasional Razzle, even the odd romantic novel. Sometimes there'd be abandoned cars and white goods too but that might be another fairy.

I found the porn fairy's stash of photo copied CC pages, under a hedge 1/2 a mile from a road, when I was out for a walk in the country.

We used to find stuff,behind some lock up garages.For several years we speculated that the Porn Fairy might have been the local painter and decorater.

This was due to the fact that many of the pages were stuck together,with what appeared to be wallpaper paste.

I have to hold my hands up to this one. Yes I was one of those fairies. A couple of times in the 70s I disposed of my stash of Parades, Sullivan mags etc by carefully leaving them in the woods near where I lived only to find them gone a day or two later. It was a way of paying back for all the ones I'd found over the years. I hope they went to a good home.

I remember far back in the dim mists of time finding a copy of Celebrity Sleuth out in the woods. It was the one with the fake Lynda Carter centerfold.

i remember the porn fairy leaving ripped up porn mags all over our school field.....we all rushed to pick them up and have a look, they were brill

The good fairy was very generous around the Northeastern U.S. was I was a boy. Playboy, Penthouse, Hustler, and Oui. Shame the damn computer industry forced the good lady into retirement.

Well would you believe it I've seen the porn fairy's work once again.

Decided to go for a bit of a wander at lunchtime today and had a stroll along the canal to a little bench that I sometimes sit and contemplate life upon. On my way there I noticed a small stash of grot mags by a tree on the towpath. They had been obviously placed neatly by the trunk of a small pine, and by now they are probably hidden in the bedroom of some grateful youth.

Made me smile as I sat on my bench and watched the barges pass by.
