(IMHO) The two best girlie magazine covers of all-time
A little self-indulgence here, my apologies.
I have bought & sold over 15,000 girlie magazines over the years. Here's my vote for the two best covers of all-time. (btw, many thanks to fragilefrankie and madeinthe70s for adding so many great posts in this thread!!) Girl Watcher 1959 - June Wilkinson and Bonnie Logan Escapade December 1955 - Diane Webber and Santa Claus, and a very lucky recipient. In my prior post I suggested 2 of my candidates for best girlie mag covers of all-time. Here's a bunch more that are worthy of being in the Top 100 (imho). At a minimum these make me happy.

Really old Esther Williams magazine cover - But very hot
I may be going completely off the reservation here.
But, Esther Williams circa 1944...here on cover of Screen Guide July 1944. Young...athletic...Girl Next Door...showing a little up skirt...Very hot! :-) Hate to say it, but I would have loved to find her 20 years later in a 1960's porno loop! Regardless, a wonderful and beautiful magazine cover.  |
