i heard in some countrys you can go into any shopping area and you can see uncensored hardcore porn mags and dvds in regular shops like convenient stores and supermarkets.......is this true ?

I have seen XXX porn mags on sale alongside regular newspapers and other magazines in Holland and Italy, albeit out of reach to eager new fans!

It was about 12 years ago now, but in Barcellona, Spain I went for a stroll down their main mall type street - the 'Ramblas' ( or something sinilar ) and they had full on porn mags on sale next to the gossip mags and newspapers.

In Holland, magazines are available in your local newsstand. Videos are available in the video-rentals where there's usually a separate adult section. Gasstations will supply both. All together it's pretty easy accessible. Mind you, in this day and age you still might get uneasy looks from bystanders when you buy this stuff in a normal shop, so you may want to take this into consideration if this makes you uncomfortable. Plenty of specialty-stores around that will do the trick.
In short, nobody is offended by the availability of hardcore mags & vids, but after all these years sometimes it´s still frowned upon when someone is seen actually buying it.

In France i've seen porno sold in newspaper shops by the cash register next to the ciggarettes and sweets. None of it is covered up like in the uk. First time i saw this i was shocked, i went into a shop to buy some water and as i went to pay i saw hardcore magazines with anal sex, girls cocking cock and getting covered in cum and even lesbian fisting. i thought WTF!!! i must come here more often

Sweden and Denmark are very liberal in these matters. I've more experience of Sweden. There it seems to be everywhere. Not even confined to the top shelf. Really laid-back. After a while you don't even notice, which seems a little odd. Completely different cultures. Great countries in all respects.

In the Netherlands, I've bought porno DVDs from a department store, they were on the shelf with the rest of the films. The record shops were the same, nothing unusual about it, this was in a small provincial town and not one of the cities. The motorway petrol stations in Belgium tend to be well stocked with porn DVDs, perhaps this is for the benefit of the truckers? Germany tends to restrict the hardcore stuff to sex- shops, as for France I've only ever seen hardcore in sex shops but maybe I haven't visited the right stores
