Hi guys - don't know if this report is an issue but thought I'd run it past you

This post here:

is the exact same file as posted by the almighty kenmil4 here:

just on another filehost. I'm reporting it because I feel that this is a duplicate post with no credit given to the original poster. Does that make sense? This may not be an issue to you guys - I thought reposting of material was not allowed in this manner when files are still accessible

I've just posted a link to Emma's FC appearances in her thread, a couple of posts after this repost so people can find her if needed

The way I see it is this a Fiona Cooper Clip. So ideally a thanks for Fiona would be nice
and surely not for Mr.X
This Clip is currently online in 112 further Pornsides, posted with 26 different Hosters.
So wherefrom do you know that KaylanNicole has the Clip from our Side and not from Forum XY ?

Marianne Langwiesner is an aka thread, with alternative name Iliria Semerdjieva. I would say though that the two are different models, accordingly identified by the mag they appeared in:

They would have been. You know as well as many others do....that people simply rip other people's uploads and reupload on other forums.

This looks to be the case here. Kenmil4 has ripped this and uploaded to VEF.

Someone else now has reuploaded this again to VEF.

They may not know that k4 uploaded it originally but never the less it is the exact same file that has been reuploaded.

One of the rules on VEF is not uploading other people's rips and pretending them to be their own. Again not saying this is what this user has done but it is a duplicate of the exact same file.

Let's get this straight. We don't want Members copying other Member's work posted on VEF and pretending it is their own

Totally - I'm not confused on that issue, I'm as straight up with that one

In this case, it's the same file size, same dimensions, same file type as what kenmil4 ripped and posted originally here to VEF. It's an EXACT duplicate.

If it was a different version, has a bigger resolution, had a longer running time and was an upgrade there'd not be an issue.

I don't know what the problem here is: the reposted file is exactly the same as one already on VEF that still has download links that work. Therefore it should be removed?

We know that people pass off other people's posts as their own in other forums. Saying it's ok to post it because they got it from another forum when in fact it's the same file as posted here on VEF sets a very strange precedence folks and will basically say....it's ok to repost the exact same file, something that was ripped originally FOR VEF, if someone lifted it from here and posted it elsewhere....then someone reposted the same file here at VEF and it's ok because they got it from another forum?

Effectively you're copying someone else's rips that were posted just for VEF
