Why the posters try to upload on streaming rather than file hosts?

Hi
I looked at every posts on vef but all of them contains file hosting links which is not good because they are easily be deleted after sometime.
Also the download speed on file hosts are not good.
So,i have a solution about this:

Why do uploaders serve their files by free video hostings or cdn's or streaming clouds like, hamster, xvideos, openload, cdn77 etc.?

and then they can embed it here? or just give the url of video?

Please dont get me wrong but file hosting links are easily deleting and have no control on it...

all the streaming sites can be searched and viewed by absolutely anyone. A significant percentage of people who take the time and effort to upload and post on here only want what they post to be viewable or downloadable by other members of VEF. Streaming sites are no safer from takedowns than any filehost and more often than not stream in considerably lower quality than a lot of that posted on here. The clever thing to do is not put all your posts on one filehost and avoid those which are too slow for any sane person to download from or which have multiple tricks/pop ups etc for potential downloaders to navigate.

But you can make your streaming videos private, also file hosting links are available publicly.
Others you said are right. But we can have alternative solutions for filehosts by placing streaming links, arent we?

But sooner or later filehosting links are gonna die.

let's translate this: you need to change the way VEF is structured in order that you can spam the fuck out of it with links to streaming sites that you have a vested interest in.

No, again I can say; we can donate some bucks to this community about getting a cdn for streaming videos - also an option for downloading at high speeds would be great - so we or our uploaders can serve them from VEF's own cdn servers, doesnt make sense?

Im not an advertiser here, just giving suggestions. Whatever filehost or cdn VEF would use , I dont care, its not my business but for downloaders , there would be good...

I also suggest to moderators please delete this thread because these comments would be wrong..

There is no way that VEF will get into the filehost or streaming video business in any way, shape, or form.
