A similar thing happened to Kirsten Imrie a while ago but she made a great comeback. I heard somewhere that Donna Ewin may also be about to reappear, although apparently she isn't going to give up her day job as a London cab driver. Samantha Fox did a new photo shoot last year, Linsey Dawn McKenzie retired to Spain for a short time before her return. It seems you can take these girls out of the industry but you can't take the industry out of the girl. Maybe the money is too good to pass up or an exhibitionist streak in them needs to be expressed. Yes I forgot about Kirsten Imrie. I remember as a kid reading a story in Loaded which involved Kirsten and other Page 3 girls....it seemed the article writer actually slept with one of them, making out that it was with Kirsten!

I think it's probably more a matter of not watching their money very well and when they need more, it's all they know. All the fair-weather friends are gone, gone are the guys who wanted to shag them and show off, now they need a job but without the requisite skills they can't really get anything that pays them as well as the kind of money they got stripping off in front of a camera.

I'd read about Kirsten Imrie having a pretty rough time of things, but like others have pointed out she's back and looking better than ever. I still buy porn in print, and caught sets of her in a copy of Just Girls and another in the still in circulation Best of Mayfair No. 18 where she is looking absolutely corking in and out of a bright blue bikini.
