There is a whole raft of stuff done to take away our constitutional rights after 9/11 and in the name of fighting against drug traffickers. Hopefully, a case winds through the legal system and this little beauty becomes unconstitutional again. It is noteworthy that the court finally ruled against arbitrary asset seizures when the sheriff's department grabbed a guys SUV after he was convicted of drug trafficking. We are back to law enforcement needing to get court rulings to seize assets. Maybe we can waylay the nascent police state after all.

It's easy when you don't have several offensive linemen the same size as him and also depending on which offensive formation is being called at the time, a FB or HB, in your way trying to block you.

5 weeks on, and the SB feels like a lifetime ago. For an Australian, the Australian Football league starts in a couple of week. But I'll have to count down til the finals series starts as it's on at the same time as the beginning of the NFL season.

It's going to be a long year.

60 days in jail, 6 months probation, $500 fine.

What a waste of police and court manpower and time and resources over misdemeanor charges.

His main worry is the NFL even if he is to be found not guilty in a courty of law but even if the NFL were to fine him a million or 2 million dollars and suspend him from being an owner for months, he can afford the $ anyway.

Really, the man is a 77 year old widower. He's just provided some Asian women with income and it is none of our freaking business. If the cops are investigating sexual slavery, that doesn't really involve him, but the concierge or whoever referred him screwed up.

Now, if Kraft is such a cheapskate that he patronized a garden variety strip mall Asian massage parlor, he deserves the embarrassment. The man can easily afford top level executive escorts.
