Chicago is already almost broke because of lousy mayors. The city barely has enough money for the repaving of 100 year old streets, and 150 year old bridges that are all rusting and falling into the Chicago River and the Cal Sag Channel. When I was a boy Chicago was a great city. Now it's a dump!
