Insignia Removal For Movies

Does anyone know whether there is software for removing (or blurring) insignia from movie clips/files?

I ask because I understand that insignia's can draw unwanted attention and will lead to that movie file being removed by the file hoster.

I'm assuming that you're talking about logos. If so, VirtualDub has a great
little filter you can get appropriately called "logoaway". Depending on the
logo, the results vary but in the minimum it will blur a insignia or logo
easily. Here's are some before and after pics of a vid I just threw in Vdub.
The logo is in the upper left hand corner...
