Note: There was infact TWO versions of "The Stripper" by David Rose.
One was actually a "live" version. Both (to the best of my knowledge) have been released.
The "live" version has the brass section playing at a slightly higher note and is more pronounced.

And isn't the girl arching her back and letting her long hair fall free a real classic striptease pose? There she is caught almost at the last part of her act slipping off her panties...a chair or a stool is almost one of stripteases bare necessities. Looks like a stool here but nothing can beat a good old round topped cafe chair - lovely curves echoed by lots more lovely curves...there is more to it than tit and bum, least I think so!

But when they open, another lady on stage, we're hoping she's completely overdressed! Let the music blare, let the spotlight pick her out, lets settle down to a really long good old style striptease, lets agonize over each item of costume and undies coming off, lets hope she doesn't take our Get 'em off too seriously, not too quickly anyway... And at the end, lovely performer, yeah tit and bum too. But doesn't she look so much more delicious for making us all wait.

Back in the days when striptease was traditional enough to require proper costumes, it was always a sign of spring when Little Bo-peep appeared on stage. The pastoral music was a bit of a give away, but the tension was such nobody could quite be sure who was coming next until the curtains opened.

As they creaked open there was a sight enough to melt the audience. Long golden tresses, pink gingham dress - puffy shoulders, tucked in waist and long enough to touch the floor. Sitting their on a chair, shepherds crook in one hand and a woolly lamb in the other. Butter wouldn't melt in her mouth, the demurest damsel to ever be seen on stage.

There isnt much you can do with props like those, so after a stroll, no strutting here, round the stage, the damsel sat down again and lifted one leg in the air. Enough to see a white stocking and a white high heeled court shoe. perhaps this lady wasnt quite so demure after all.

After showing the other stockinged leg, Bo-peep must have become very hot, for, with a big smile on her face, she stood up and demurely, so demurely, slowly slipped off her dress, letting it fall to the floor. perhaps she should have taken her stockings off first, but there she was, just in white stockings and suspenders and delicious see-through panties and bra.

She had dark nipples and a pair of pointy tits - her cleavage didnt stop, some of it was in the fresh air and some of it wasnt but all of it was very visible. And she had a thick bush. Settling back on the chair she unclipped a suspender and peeled a white stocking down to her shoe. Then, half turning in the chair, she peeled down the other one.

Stocking teasing is a tried and tested part of a long slow striptease routine and this demure damsel knew only too well the passions it could raise. The little teaser pulled them both up again and clipped them back to her suspenders! Standing up, her long tresses almost down to her bum, she walked slowly round the stage, in her transparent undies, inevitably giving a teasing view of her curvaceous bum. Bending over, legs apart, she struck a classic nude pose where everyone could see her pointy tits dangling down between her legs. Not only her tits were on show but her dark nipples were so very thrillingly long ... this demure damsel had become very excited indeed!

That was the point the curtains closed. The audience had seen it all before but they didnt seem to mind - more! more! more!

I can remember switching on to watch a film and being pleasantly surprised by a striptease going on when you least expect it-I would cite STAR! with Julie Andrews as one example but I also think that you can watch a film and you know if the girl is wearing her hair up and glasses she is at some point going to let it down and remove her glasses revealing a real sexpot. However, it is the surprise element that is the real joy-when a scene totally unrelated to the plot occurs. I would also cite MARLOWE with James Garner-there are several scenes with strips but its only at the end that Rita Moreno (obviously wearing a body stocking) does a hot strip but then is shot for her trouble. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aRNz7ZcOg-U Sex scenes(simulated) bored me but I did like a nice strip routine in a film you weren;t expecting to see one in.

Well if you guys really wanteed a striptease.. I found 'The ultimate Striptease' and it comes from the 1980's movie starring the late Vincent Pice and David Carradine.

The movie? 1980's The Monster Club.

In this movie... well there's a musical interlude with a rock band and a singer.. and then comes the stripper... and how far does she go?

Incidentally, the music accompanying the strip, is performed by the group "Night" the lead singer Stevie Lange best known for doing the vocal for the "Bodyform" advertisements, a ladies product! Ahem!!
