It's just dawned on me that the 'Dildo Brothers' would NEVER have employed Penis Di Canio at the 'Ammers because of the Nazi salute

But David 'Ben Hur' Pleat was the man who brought Di Canio to England in the first place

But just think about it?

The 'David' and 'Goliath' episode at Hillsboro.
The 'Roman Gladiator' that was Di Canio, and the squirming Nigel 'Kosher' Winterburn

Please don't call me Anti-Semetic, 'cos don't forget I'm a Spurs season-ticket holder!!!

But wait a minute 'I sing racist songs! Don't I'
But we got away with that in the end didn't we? BEFORE the government even needed to step in!!

Well Di Canio, are you a facist or not, easy question, yes or no, why are you afraid to answer, who are going to offend by saying no.

A good Paris gets the draw yesterday 2 2.With Messi wounded,why not next week??
Impressive Bayern 2 0 and Juve didn't exist.

I watched the game and have to say PSG looked a much better side when David Beckham went off the pitch. They created more chances, were more free flowing and were able to put pressure onto Barca a lot more.

I expect Messi will be back in time for the second leg, he will rest for the week and be good to go I think. If not then Barca are still a tough side to beat at home and the away goals were very important.

Bayern look like they are in control of the game right now and seemingly for many people are already through. The thing is remember some people thought that about Milan when they beat Barca in the first leg and we all know what happened then. I expect Juve to put up more of a fight in the second leg and its not quite over. However I think bayern will still more thna likely go through as they are the stronger side.

Verrati was expected but Carlo choose Beckham....Qatar choice?Or tactically with long balls over Barca wings on counter attacks?I don't know...

I do wish our media were less Beckham-obsessed - the BBC online report referred to 'David Beckham's PSG' whereas L'Equipe went to the other extreme and awarded him a miserly 3/10. To hear him talk of still being available for England - the man's ego really is colossal n'est-ce pas?

In the meantime I was damn near drooling over the performance of Tiago Silva (spelling?) for PSG. What a blinding performance and his ability to give, go, drift past players on either side and time interceptions was exceptional. There were moments of skill last night which were brilliant from both sides and made me think this would have been a good final pairing. Apart from the Barca 'ice lolly' kit and Ibra's erratic Bambi on Ice performance - really not one of his best nights but still somehow scored!

European football at damn near its best.

Only hope you're right pierrelm!!
Cos I now gotta watch 'two' legs of Spurs v Basel in the 'Crapropa League'
and I hear they've got a bit of a reputation of being 'Hardguys'.
I only hope we're in the Champions league next year, and not this non event!

Unless we win it of course, but I've got an inferiority complex with Chelski!!!

Anyway don't forget everybody! Rectum v Luella & the Stags also tomorrow night!!! A draw puts 'her' TOP still wiv 2 games in hand over Kidneymister

Hey Mitchspur, FC Basel play in a kit similar to Barca, so if the 'Crapropa Cup' is getting you down, just imagine its the Barca midfield Bale is running through to score (in the 2nd leg).

Malaga v BVB 0 : 0
Real Madrid v Galatasaray 3 : 0

Real will be in seminfinal.
BVB was the better team, but don't make goals. At home BVB with the best chance.
But in the last four Dortmund will be the bottom quality.
