If reboots count, Ghostbusters 2016 is among the worst.

Reefer Madness and Plan Nine From Outer Space are a lot better than Mission Impossible II. I have never seen a worse film than Mission Impossible II except for Moulin Rouge. When I say "seen", I means in both cases that I watched the first bit...twice, because I was unsure that I was remembering it right from the first time and that anything could really be as bad as that. I remembered it right.

Pretty much most sequels that came out long after the original was released.

Sure there are a few exceptions but in most cases, if the sequel took too long to be made and released, by the time it hits the cinema screens, the audience have stop caring about it.

Basic Instinct 2 - 14 years - damn! Sharon, you are old and wrinkly now, close those legs and keep them closed and wear some panties for God's sake!!
Psycho 2 - 23 years
Wall Street Money Never Sleeps - 23 years
Rambo (sequel to Rambo III) - 20 years
Independence Day: Resurgence - 20 years
Dumb and Dumber To - 20 years
Blues Brothers 2000 - 18 years - what were they thinking with Belushi and Candy and Calloway already passed away?
Any Rocky movies after the one with the Russian guy
Godfather 3 - talk about nepotism, Francis! Casting your talentless daughter in a key role
Crocodile Dundee In Los Angeles - 13 years after 1988 Crocodile Dundee II - I didn't even know this movie existed until I saw it on torrent a few years ago

The Dirty Dozen's cheapo TV Movie sequels.

Speed 2
Exorcist II - The Heretic

Mannequin 2
Caddyshack 2
Staying Alive
Highlander 2 (worst of the bad bunch of Highlander sequels)
Jaws: the Revenge
Alien vs Predator: Requiem
All of the Pirates of the Caribbean sequels
Splash Too
The cobbled together Pink Panther films Blake Edwards did; Inspector Clouseau (Alan Arkin one); and let us never speak of the Steve Martin ones... or almost anything he did after 1985.
The third Brendan Fraser Mummy movie wasn't to my taste either.

I have seen too many bad sequels.

Damn!

I didn't even know they made a sequel to Splash, even if it was a TV movie.

I guess it was that bad that it never even made a shadow on my radar.

I agree!

No one can do Clouseau like Sellers.

Sellers was a genius.

Too many to count but to name just a recent example: Blade Runner 2049. Fuck that!

Tron 2

Maybe because I had such a connection with the original, shit use to play that video game at the arcade; but I just thought Tron 2 was all sizzle no steak. Hell though maybe the original was the sizzle of our day?
