Yes, that's the one, but do we have any better info than a firstname? There are several sets of her on B@rem@idens, but that's surely not all she's done.

At PeachyForum, there is currently an ongoing BäreMäidens cross reference name/AKA thread for some of the BM models. Some of the names atrributed to the photosets @ BM appear to be variations of the model's possible more known name/AKA. Based on other model names @ BäreMäidens, the name Jesselmiya could be a variaton of another similar name. Searching through some model index sites looking for possible variations of Jesselmiya such as Jess, Jessa, Jesse, Jessi, Jessie, Jessica, Jessika, Jessy, etc, however not having much luck. She might have been an exclusive model for BäreMäidens, or perhaps she was a pro-am model. Of note, her photoset release dates on her model page @ BäreMäidens and her model page @ theNude differ slightly so perhaps some of the photosets were re-released at a later time. Her earliest BM photoset being released in 2006/2007.
