I hardly recognize her in "Gatta alla Pari" in which she would be the maid. The breasts are smaller but the shape is close. Other points seem to match... I need some help for us to be sure.

I think I've been naïve to follow IMDb indications for roles. Girls in such obscure movies are difficult to identify. She's also in "Un Grande Amore" :

According to beauty spots, "Irina" is not the maid in "Gatta alla Pari". If she's the one who is credited as "Valeria Favaro" in "Innamorata", she may have participated to "Gatta alla Pari" but then been cut. "Valeria Favaro" appears in the closing credits. In "Un Grande Amore", no "Valeria Favaro" in credits: maybe she was just non credited. Just hypothesis. But it's a strange case...
