Clarification PLEASE ~ on Up/Downloading

Did we have a Rule that said any uploads must include
a "Free User" access ?
Dual access like for those who couldn't afford "Premium" ?

An alternative "mirror" access like ~ that enabled members to download, without having to BUY an account with that particular File Hoster ?

I can't find that RULE...I'm sure it was here..ONCE.

Can someone advise please ?

Under not allowed in the main rules

making (download) links only available via PM, mail, messengers or Asking for/demading thanks be given before material/upgrades are posted... links should be accessible to all members.

or

linking to sites that are not freely accessible and/or members only

Links only made available to premium members get deleted

Seem to recall one host playing funny buggers with allowed size limits for free downloads and many links went from freely available to premium access until uploaders changed the settings to allow them

The relevent Forum Rule is:
Links should be freely accessible to all members

Should you ever come across a link which does not conform to the Rules Please feel free to Report said Post in either the Report Posts or Problems found at the top of each Sections Home Screen....

And just a side note Please Do Not use All Caps when typing as this is considered as Shouting which is not permitted on VEF, also listed in the Forum Rules, worth a Read...

My post had capitals only at the start of a sentence ~ GW ~ and on two words ~
"Rule & Once"
In the whole post, hardly 'All Caps'
