I would put 50 pictures per batch in a folder, Zip these folders and upload the Zip files to Imagebam. Sign up @ Imagebam first so you can edit your image galleries later.

I've had good luck with Imgbox. They allow for a gallery presentation without signing up and logging in. Imagebam refused to let me sign up and pay for premium based upon my IP location..

I've never used Imagevenue. Pimp & Host isn't my first choice.

You could create very large ZIP and/or RAR files, then upload them to Packupload.com for free. Then, save the upload link and post them in whatever spot is appropriate, for download by those who want them. Packupload rocks & it is free.

Has anyone else had problems with Trojans/viruses from Imagebam? I opened a link to a Steph Bews pic and ended up with an Exploit Trojan. I don't know if its linked to the infernal Live Jasmin adverts or otherwise but it isn't the first time this has happened.

Anyone else?

There have been no other reports. Can you link to the pic in question so we can check it out?

The pic was the first of two Steph Bews pics posted by Sapphire on Steph's thread (post number 400). I've opened it again today and its fine.

I'm pretty sure the problem is with a LiveJasmin advert pop-up attached to the Imagebam site. Its not the usual one that offers you the chance to go on to your image and then creates a 'pop-under' but one which you have no choice but to try and close its window. When you 'close' it a Trojan is behind it.

I suspect it may not be a genuine LiveJasmin advert but its hard to know. Basically I think the problem is with an advert hosted by Imagebam (and perhaps other hosts).
