Are you sure about late 80's? I would absolutely put my money on Nicole Simmons (face form, nostril, eyebrows), but AFAIK that would mean early to mid 90's...

No, the pictorial is titled "Manila flavour", & the accompanying text refers to "these fab Filipinos", so it's making a reference (perhaps misguided in terms of the models' nationalities/states of birth/residence, I don't know) to the Philippines.
