Now if the Pats can beat the Steelers and the Bucs can shock the NFL, the AFC North will look mighty interesting, probably won't happen though.
Having watched the Jets last night I have to wonder if they actually have a game plan or is it if this does not work lets try this. At one point they got a really bad spot and you could see on the replay they had made the yardage, but no, lets go for a quick pass on 4th and mess that up, saved by texans time out and still never threw the red flag. Might be time to find some new coaching staff. |

It's interesting how people see the Patriots and Steelers as one of the NFL's current biggest rivalries---nothing could be further from the truth. The Patriots under Brady have eviscerated the Steelers with a record of 9-3 and most of the wins have been blowouts. |

Dallas and New York Giants sucks!
Dallas is down 20-0 in the 4th quarter against the Indianapolis Colts. Tennesse Titans is up 14-0 in the 4th quarter against the New York Giants. I wanted both Dallas and New York Giants to win. Why? Houston Texans needed 3 things to happen to clinch a playoff berth and their division: 1. Houston must beat the New York Jets: DONE! 2. Dallas must beat the Colts. 3. Tennesse Titans must lose to the New York Giants!! |

Texans will have to wait until next week or week 17 if they lose at the Eagles as the Colts play the Giants, while the Skins visit the Titans. Nervous times for play off hopefuls |

The Patriots just lost to the Pittsburgh Steelers 17-10. Tom Brady has not had a TD pass since the 3rd snap in the first quarter of the game. This is their 2nd loss of December losing to lesser teams. Counting this loss, they are now 9-5 with 2 weeks left in the season. Usually at this time of the season they are 13-1 or even still undefeated and have already clinched a first or second seed Divisional round playoffs berth: instead right now they have a wild card round which can change if they don't win the last 2 games of the season. I think the Patriots dynasty is coming to an end and I hope it will. Tired of these cheating FotherMuckers!

The Raiders result should be a lesson to all the teams destined for the playoffs. The Raiders ( plus other teams orbiting the toilet) had nothing to gain but not playing hard means no job next season.

Nervous about today's game. The good news for the Panthers, is that I haven't taken time off work to watch the game. So that should be to their benefit.
