They are! Kinda time consuming to put together, but worth the effort. Can be made with beef, cheese, veggie filling if desired, lots of online recipes!

Tonight I made Risotto with shrimps. Some olive oil in a pan, spring onions and some garlic, once this starts to fry I throw in the rice, stir to make the rice a bit greasy, add some fish-broth once every minute or so to keep it moist, add shrimps, once it's done and ready to be served I put it in on a plate in a nice and neat portion, finally add some minced lemon skin and a bit of parsley on top.

Along with that I made a very simple salad of watercress/rocket salad/basil and some salmon on top. Salmon is prepared in a frying pan, once the frying starts I carefully ad some of the broth, and a half glass of dry white wine and I serve it on top of the salad with some dill.

Little work and very tasty
