The video is from the US.

It's titled "Spanking Whipping and Kissing" and it's produced by Nu-West/Leda (copyright 2011).

It can be viewed at multiple sites under the title "Daughter Spanks Mom family bdsm".

It's 26:40 long.

That said, despite the above mentioned date it does in fact appear to be originally from a VHS cassette and the fashions and hairstyles hint at it possibly being from as far back as 20 years or so.

The customary tube-site horizontal text drag (at around 14 minutes) says it was uploaded to XV*DEOS at some point.

One comment at the above site states that the actors are called "jacque & Jodi" (sic) and another that jacque (Jackie) is the older woman.
