Imagehost Problems, Imagebam, Imagevenue, PimpAndHost, PixHost, ImgBox etc - Page 87

Imagevenue for me with firefox has been a problem for a while whether it's versions 18-22. I went back to basic version got thumbnails no one can see for entering 180 dimension. Put in new flashplayer, still firefox hangs when it's done uploading and never gives codes to cut past on forums.

Must be a sex joke in here somewhere...

As an FF user I've experienced similar problems which is why I always upload Venue galleries to IE.

That does work on IE 9 but to add a bunch of images from a subfolder seems to bring me all the way back to main menu of folders which means for every one I upload means ten clicks to get back where I want to be.

In short it does not leave me in the folder I'm uploading from.

Don't want to misuse ID section so tried imagebam, worked perfect.

Do you know you can drag and highlight multiple images in a folder rather than clicking on each one individually?

Have been trying for the last 3 hours to create a post with attached images. It's been a while since I posted here, so the first surprise was being asked to add a plugin thru imagebam. Attempted several times without success, could not decipher their or VEF's instructions for use after installing.
Tried both Firefox and IE, rebooted and now am not even getting the messages below the text box telling me it's necessary to add the plugin, much less an image box to use to browse for a file.

Is it me (could certainly always be!) or is the site having a problem?

When you upload your image to Imagbam are you seeing the box that gives you the BB code? You should just be able to copy and paste that BB code into your VEF post, there shouldn't be any need for a plugin or addon.

I haven't used ImageBam, so I've had a look at it just for the purposes of this. It seems to be working fine and didn't ask me to install a plugin, but I see it makes use of the Flash plugin, so is it that one that there's a problem with?
