assist with ip address

I have a problem not related to vef but there might be people here who can tell me how to get my problem solved. the technical genius here is very high. belong to a poker website that I think has a person with a master password and multiple personas being used. they seem to not care even though it is against their rules. it is not for actual money, I am not that silly. just would like to learn how to get his ip address to see if they are same one. he does have a foul mouth which is also against the rules.

Staff at forums are usually the only people who have access to actual IP information for members.

I was told there is a way to trace any ip address if the subject is on line at the time. something called essentials. no idea exactly what or who makes the product. that is why the question, is it fact it can be done or just fantasy?

Forums & Torrent sites do their best to hide IP's from anyone but staff for obvious reasons

You need one of 2 things to be able to get a third party's IP address:
1) access the the server logs of the website the third party logs onto;
or
2) get access to the third party's unique OS identification key and track their IP address and related browing history.
BTW both of which, in your case, require illegal activity...
