How can upload pictures with help of imagevenue.

I think you tried to add a image to the forum instead.
When you were on ImageVenue, have you select 'Adult content' at the 'Select image content' box?
The tutorial was made a long time ago, but basically correct.

Some of the tutorials are a little out of date, because hosts sometimes change their interfaces

@bj2010, which host are you using? Am I right in thinking that you don't get a page with a thumbnail on it next to a list of links, one of which is a BBCode?

I have tons of pictures to upload.
unfortunately none of the sites will let me upload them
why does VEF not let you just upload directly from your computer and wipe out the middleman?

For the following reasons:

• These pictures take a lot of disk space, and the forum owners might not want to spend the money for the hard disks required to store them.
• Load on the servers would increase significantly, and the forum is already rather slow sometimes.
• VEF would become liable to copyright infringement lawsuits. You don't want it to shut down like some of the imagehosts, do you?
