I think EB 16 (UK) was 1984, so it could be Nini Larssen, timewise, yet mystery perhaps looks more like a slightly older Nini than what she did in 1984? /shrug/

I don't think it's Nini. From her thread it seems that she is slimmer as the mystery girl.
Also the face looks different to me.

Rogerbh's suggestion looks way better to me.

She has the same body type, face could fit (I'm no Stevie Taylor expert), was active in 1984 acc. to iafd and bgafd.
