Cap from the English language version of the film, which indicates that Jehanne Blaise was seen as a cast member, not a character.

The name of her character in Histoire d'O is Yvonne, and you can see on the IMDb page of the movie's cast:
"Florence Cayrol ... Yvonne (as Jehanne Blaise)".
Moreover, the IMDb file for F. Cayrol lists Jehanne Blaise as an "alternate name", so I think we can consider it as a genuine alias of her acting period (even if it only served once).
