RIP Randy_Mann

Several months ago (not sure, maybe not quite a year?) there was a brief discussion about whether anyone knew anything about whether Randy_Mann was still alive or not, but sadly a couple of days ago I noticed that his member page had been flagged with RIP. I don't know how long ago that was--could have been months ago? I presume mods did so based upon some evidence.

I'm also not really the right person to start this thread because although I enjoyed many of Randy_Mann's posts in the past, I didn't really know him other than that.

I hope he is now at peace.

I haven´t been in contact with him, however was shocked and disturbed when I saw his avatar and the R.I.P. coming along with.

Can´t but echo the sentiments of effCup related to Randy_Mann´s nice posts. So, another fine member has left us and his presence will be missed by many...that´s for sure

To his family and friends, I herewith pass my heartfelt condolences. May they find strength to cope with their loss.

Sorry I'm so antisocial, I keep to my tiny corner of the forum, in softcore movies, and wasn't even aware of this In Remembrance thread. Randy_Mann and I corresponded by PM during his tenure here. He was one of the more prolific posters of softcore movies, always great movies using multiple free file hosts.

He PM'd me to let me know he had been diagnosed with stage 4 lung cancer, but wanted to keep it private. At that time his Doctor gave him a year to live. He still had his sense of humor, closing his message with, "Let's see some titties, Woo haa!"

His last visit to the forum was less than a month later.
He has been missed, and will be missed.

Randy let myself know also quite some time ago and he did seem cheerful regardless of the bad diagnosis. Randy was a real community member here and aprreciated being a member, I miss his general chat PM's and all round courtesy .

I didn't know Randy nor communicate with him much, but I always appreciated his excellent posts in Softcore Movies, very detail oriented, well illustrated and high quality.

Condolences to all who knew him. Another good member gone too soon.

I have never communicated with him, but I have often received "thanks" from him for my posts in the Classic movies section. About a week ago I saw the inscription RIP in his profile, but I didn't find an obituary. I thought it was some kind of mistake and in fact he is alive. And now his death has been confirmed. For me, he was an integral part of VEF. I hope he left quickly and without much suffering.

I also fall into that group that had not directly communicated with Randy_Mann but knew of them through their numerous, much appreciated, movie contributions to Softcore/Classic Nude. They were also a familiar sight as a thanking member on my occasional posts there.

So I was greatly saddened to hear of their passing.

Farewell Randy_Mann and thank-you kindly for your many contributions to the VEF community, you are missed!
