The coming of summer was always filled with anticipation..ladies/girls in dresses/skirts...no overcoats..no sweaters... As temperatures began to rise the greater the need for lighter clothing. The summer meant hot windy days, long afternoons at the amusement park.

As I glanced through the old "spick girls" I remember all of the sights and sounds of the unintended shows that were given during that wonderful summer season. How amazingly erotic to see a lovely lady struggle with her dress in the wind only to completely loose it and to have her nylons, slip, and panties on full display. If the audience was particularly lucky, by the time the victim was at the bottom of the cylinder even panties could be viewed.

I grew up in a seaside resort in the north-east of England and remember the "thrill" of walking along the promenade to a particular spot where the road that bordered the prom was at a higher level that the prom itself. We could stand just under the edge of the parapet and get an excellent view of the girls and young ladies standing at the railings above. Most of the time they didn't even know we were there!

This was in the days of billowing summer dresses and girls that never, ever went out without a slip and nylon petticoats - this despite the summer heat. Full-cut nylon briefs were also the panties of choice for most girls.

I think I saw that there were a number of great amusement parks in U.K. that in the past featured really good skirt blowing funhouses.. Do you know of any of them..?
As youth, we'd stand outside the Aladdin's Castle Funhouse for hours and watch the action...The days when girls wore skirts/dresses... If they were wearing full-cut briefs. the wind was strong enough blow up the corners and make them flutter on the girls' rumps... Quite exciting...

These were popular at fun-fairs and travelling fairs in the 1950's and through the 1960's. They would be a common "attraction" in that era but I doubt many have survived in use today. Folks attending pleasure parks and amusement parks these days tend to want more "white knuckle" rides and attractions - with too much loud music..

There may be the odd one in use at a seaside resort somewhere but I don't know of any..

Anyway - most girls wear trousers or jeans these days..

I was out during the recent heat wave that GB had a few weeks ago.
Walking toward me was across the tesco car park was a sexy young blond - maybe 18 years old - in shorts showing off her long legs. Yes I remember those days at the fun fairs and amusement parks. Yes females always wore traditional underwear when visiting these places.

I went more for the "views" than going on the rides.
