Accidental/unedited nudity/wardrobe malfunctions on tv

Thought of this while reading an article about an actress having her boob fall out of her dress on a red carpet somewhere.

It can be something like Justin Timberlake ripping away a swatch of Janet Jackson's outfit and suddenly 125,000,000 Americans have a pierced boob staring them in the face on live Tv and some of them go apeshit and flood the FCC.

Or way back in the day when Tone Loc performed "Wild Thing at the MTV Video Music Awards and one of the chicks who was dancing on stage fell out of her top.

Repeatedly.

They edited her out of the repeats. But a few million people saw it.

then there's the case of someone grabbing the unedited version of a movie and throwing it on the air. I have three examples, all from the local independent station in our area Wash DC when I was growing up.

The original Piranha movie from 1978, not the remake that has Gianna Michaels. The opening scene has a blonde chick and a dude breaking into a water treatment facility to screw because of course it does. She strips down and stands there completely naked for a few seconds before diving in and being eaten.

Some kung fu movie with a black kung fu dude I have no idea who. There's a scene with him and a black chick in a bedroom which goes on and on and on for a good fifteen minutes with the most boring exposition ever, only made palatable by the fact that the chick A) has semi huge knockers B) is topless the entire scene.

Beastmaster which guest starred Tanya Roberts. There's a scene where she and the lead dude are arguing and he suddenly grabs her and HEY!! Guess who isn't wearing any underwear? That's right, Tanya Roberts. What's interesting is the earlier scene where she was bathing in the pool naked WAS cut.
