Okay here is a thought. In the US at least some one who is anal is considered to be OCD but here on VEF it seems to just mean Estreeter has a new best friend.

It is probably the drink man.

When some one in the US is compulsive about the way certain things must be done or say tools laid out they are called anal as a slang type word to show others lack of respect or comprehension about the way they do those things. Hence the redefinition of anal for VEF.
